Hello. I am Sterling. I am a 6 year old Boxer/Pit mix with beautiful short sterling blue hair. I am so full of life. Let me give you a quick description of me. I am a happy, outgoing, and energetic dog. I was found as a stray in Central Phoenix. I will admit I am an attention-seeker. Ok, ok! So I love people and I’m still a puppy. My new family will need to spend time with me. I do have very good potty manners and I am crate trained. I also walk very well on a leash, but you will need to continue to work with me on this because I get distracted easily. I don't really like other dogs because that takes attention away from me and I don't want to share my family. My foster mommy is teaching me I can’t chase the cats. Darn, that was fun! But, apparently they do not like it. I’m a bit rambunctious for little kids, but would sure love some older kids to run around with. If you are a runner, I will be happy to accompany you and keep you safe. I really do need a daily walk since I have all this energy and need to get it out. I love people so much that I am always where you are and involve myself in your activities, whether you want me to or not. So if you are looking for a dog to be part of your family, I’m your guy!
